Prepare and send in

After registration, you will receive an email from us containing further information as well as the postage for sending it in. Please back up your data, reset the device, or use the maintenance mode for Samsung.

Professional inspection

Upon receipt, we carry out a detailed diagnosis using tools from Apple or Samsung. Our experts will also check whether it is a paid repair or if your device can be repaired under warranty.

Cost estimate for a paid repair

In this case, you will receive a cost estimate from us. If you reject it, we will charge a handling fee of CHF 39.00.
